Privacy Policy
Admore Marketing LLC ("Admore," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Admore platform — an AI-powered creative director for Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account
- Instagram data: with your explicit authorization, we access your Instagram profile, posts, and performance metrics via the Instagram Graph API and Instagram Basic Display API
- Usage data: how you interact with the Admore platform (pages visited, features used)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the Admore service:
- Analyzing your Instagram content performance to generate strategy recommendations
- Generating AI-powered content briefs and captions tailored to your account and audience
- Sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- Improving the accuracy and relevance of our AI recommendations
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Instagram data for advertising.
3. Instagram Data
Admore connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account via Meta's official Instagram Graph API using Instagram Business Login. We request only the permissions necessary to deliver our service:
- instagram_business_basic: to read your profile (username, biography, profile picture, follower and media counts) and your recent posts (caption, media type, timestamp, like and comment counts)
- instagram_business_manage_insights: to read account-level performance (reach, profile views, accounts engaged, follower count) and per-post performance (reach, saves, shares, likes, comments, total interactions, views) so we can analyze what is working and recommend strategy
- instagram_business_content_publish: to publish image posts that you (or your agency on your behalf) have authored and approved inside Admore, directly to your Instagram account
We store your long-lived Instagram access token securely in our database and use it only to make the API calls described above on your behalf. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your Admore settings or from your Instagram app's "Apps and Websites" settings, which immediately revokes our access. We also honor Meta's deauthorization and data-deletion callbacks: when you remove Admore from your Instagram account, we automatically delete your stored Instagram token and derived data.
We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Instagram data is used only to provide features you explicitly requested and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2-compliant infrastructure provider. We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is only accessible to you. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@admore.co.
6. Third-Party Services
Admore uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic Claude API — AI content generation
- Meta Instagram Graph API — Instagram Business account data access and publishing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke Instagram access at any time via Meta's app settings or your Admore account
8. Children's Privacy
Admore is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Admore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
