Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Admore (the "Service"), operated by Admore Marketing LLC ("Admore," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Admore is an AI-powered creative director that connects to your Instagram Business account to generate content strategy, briefs, and captions, surface performance insights, and publish posts you have approved. You must have a Meta-compliant Instagram Business or Creator account to use the Instagram-connected features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Admore, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to connect any Instagram account you authorize.
3. Account and Authorization
You authorize Admore to access your Instagram data and act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant during the Instagram Business Login flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Instagram app settings or by disconnecting the account inside Admore.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Admore to:
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Developer Policies
- Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems
- Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the Service for use outside Admore
- Use the Service to engage in spam, bot activity, or automated behavior that violates Instagram's rules
5. Publishing
When you instruct Admore to publish a post to your Instagram account, you confirm that you own or have the right to publish the content and that the content complies with Meta's Community Standards. You are responsible for the content that is published from your account.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid tiers are billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service places our Meta API access at risk. You may delete your account at any time, and we will delete your associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
Admore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is a suggestion and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We do not guarantee any specific results, engagement, or follower growth.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admore's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
